How we review a supplement

  • We start with the label. Every ingredient and amount comes from the Supplement Facts panel the manufacturer publishes.
  • We read the fine print. Prices, shipping, guarantees and refund steps come from the official order and policy pages, with the date we checked them.
  • We check the research. Studies are linked to PubMed or the journal, and we say clearly when research tested an ingredient rather than the finished product.
  • We never invent experiences. No made-up testimonials, no before-and-after photos, and we never claim to have used a product we haven't.
  • We don't borrow fame. We never claim a celebrity or TV doctor endorses a product.
  • We tell you how we're paid. Links to official stores may be affiliate links, and every page says so before the first link.
