Who runs this site
VitalityScribe is run by an independent publisher. It is not owned by a supplement company, a clinic or a medical provider, and no manufacturer pays for a review or a rating. Our reviews are written and checked by the VitalityScribe Editorial Team.
We are not doctors, nurses or dietitians, and we don't pretend to be. That is exactly why every review sticks to facts you can verify yourself and links to the sources behind them.
Why we started
If you search for almost any supplement followed by the word "review," you find the same thing: pages that copy the sales page, list ingredients that are not on the real label, recycle the manufacturer's testimonials and never explain how the refund actually works. We wanted one place where each review answers the questions people really have before they order.
How we review a supplement
- The label first. Every ingredient and amount comes from the Supplement Facts panel the manufacturer publishes. If something is missing from the label, such as a probiotic CFU count, we say so.
- The official policies. We read the official order page and its returns, terms and contact pages, and we write down the price, shipping, guarantee and refund steps with the date we checked them.
- The published research. We look up the studies behind each ingredient on PubMed or in the journal, and link to them. When a study tested an ingredient at a different amount or in a different form, we say that plainly.
- What other reviews miss. We compare our findings with other reviews of the same product and focus on the questions nobody else answers.
- A clear verdict. Every review gives a rating, who the product suits, what is good to know before buying, and when to talk to a doctor first.
What we never do
- We never invent or "adapt" testimonials, and we don't publish testimonials we can't verify.
- We never claim to have personally used a product unless we actually have. Our reviews are based on the label, the policies and the research.
- We never claim that a celebrity, TV doctor or medical organization endorses a product.
- We never promise a result, a number of pounds or a timeline. Supplements are not a treatment for any disease.
- We never use before-and-after photos.
How we make money
VitalityScribe is reader-supported. Some links on our reviews go to a product's official store, and they are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the seller may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
Every review tells you this before the first link to a store. Commissions never change what we report from the label, the policies or the research, and a manufacturer cannot pay for a higher rating.
Ratings
Our rating reflects the formula and the research behind its ingredients, how transparent the label is, how easy the product is to take, its value, and how clear the guarantee and refund process are. A rating is our editorial opinion, not a medical recommendation.
Corrections and updates
Prices, policies and formulas change. Each review shows the date it was last checked. If you spot something out of date or wrong, write to us at our contact page and we will check it and update the page.
